Our Story
Carolyn Jett Property was founded in 2017 in Alabama, where our founder started managing her first commercial property. Our first Michigan property was purchased in 2025, and the jewel of our portfolio, the Hovey House, was added in 2026. We believe in creating spaces that are comfortable, welcoming, and a joy to work in.

We automate your monthly billing so there's one less thing to worry about. With all utilities included in your furnished space, all you have to do is show up and enter your productivity zone!
Regular Maintenance
Weekly Lawn maintenance in the summer, snow plowing in the winter, cleaning all year and regular polishing of all that 100 year old wood! We love this home, and it shows. Rest assured you'll be working in a well-loved space.
